We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implant placement, and IV sedation cases. Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments. Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed. Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans (where applicable). Prepare patients for treatment and provide post-operative instructions. Monitor inventory and maintain clinical supplies. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting. Work closely with surgeons and team members to ensure an efficient patient experience. Qualifications: Certified Dental Assistant designation. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience in oral surgery is an asset but willing to train the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced surgical environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
