You'll Do: * Work in a variety of areas which may include sorting, stacking, and piling lumber. * Handling and lifting materials. * Operate production equipment as assigned. * Assist other processing workers. * Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the sawmill equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team. * Other general labourer responsibilities * Repetitive tasks * Strict adherence to company safety standards and Safe work practices, such as Lockouts and pre-task hazard assessments. * Standing for extended periods You have: * Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment * Availability to perform day and night shifts as needed * Good physical condition * Ability to work on repetitive tasks * Ability to work as a positive team member * Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and taking precautions to maintain a safe work environment. * Reliable and Excellent work ethic * Desire to learn, grow, and succeed * No experience required Compensation Package: * The hourly pay range for this position may vary depending on what job you will be doing for the day, it will be between $35.64 - $36.83 * Comprehensive benefits: including medical, dental, and vision coverage, pension and savings plans, life, disability, and accident insurance, vacation time, and additional benefits to support your well-being.
