Parts Administrator Westcan Bulk Transport Location: Moose Jaw The Kenan Advantage Group Inc. We are excited to welcome a Parts Administrator to our Moose Jaw team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working closely with others, and playing an important part in keeping our shop and equipment moving smoothly. In addition to supporting parts administration, the Parts Administrator will work closely with Operations and Fleet Services to assist our Lead Hand with general shop coordination and equipment scheduling. Shift: Monday to Friday, eight hours per day during standard business hours, with some flexibility to adjust hours or days based on the changing needs of the business. Responsibilities: * Coordinating with vendors to order, receive, track, stock, and maintain parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system. * Reviewing vendor quotes and completed repairs to help ensure consistent, quality maintenance that aligns with company standards. * Communicating with vendors and internal customers to support timely, effective equipment repairs and shop coordination. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a similar role within a repair and maintenance environment. * The ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, with an understanding of maintenance programs. * A well-organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic approach, along with a confident, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. * Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with vendors, team members, and internal customers. * A good understanding of various systems and Microsoft Office products.
