Our Mission is to create life-changing experiences that teens remember as the best of their lives. Since 1982, our summer programs for middle and high school students, aged 13-17, have brought teens together from around the world to share unforgettable experiences. We focus on creating safe, fun, and socially comfortable environments where teens are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, explore the world around them, make lasting new friendships, and grow. The role involves managing relationships with Greek vendors and coordinating all logistics and reservations for program operations. It also includes maintaining data in Salesforce and performing fiscal audits and financial reconciliations for programs.

Assist the planning team with research, reservations, and coordination for travel programs and supplier relations. Maintain organizational databases and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

The coordinator is responsible for recruiting and managing instructors and cultivating partnerships with educational institutions. They also oversee course planning, logistical arrangements, and financial auditing for educational programs.
