Ce que tu feras Examiner les candidatures et échanger avec les candidats Effectuer des appels de présélection et des entrevues Rechercher des candidats sur LinkedIn, Indeed et d’autres plateformes Coordonner les entrevues et assurer les suivis Recruter pour nos équipes de Ventes, Logistique, Opérations et autres Participer à des salons de l’emploi et événements de réseautage Ce que nous recherchons Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais À l’aise au téléphone, en vidéoconférence et en personne Organisé(e) avec un bon sens du suivi À l’aise de contacter de nouvelles personnes Curieux(se), sociable et motivé(e) à apprendre Capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique Une expérience en vente, service à la clientèle, RH, marketing, communications ou dans un autre rôle axé sur les gens est un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire. What You’ll Do Review applications and speak with candidates Conduct phone screenings and interviews Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups Recruit across Sales, Logistics, Operations and other teams Attend career fairs and networking events Help build new ways to attract great talent What We’re Looking For Strong English and French communication skills Confident talking to people by phone, video and in person Organized with strong follow-through Comfortable reaching out to new people Curious, outgoing and willing to learn Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales, customer service, HR, marketing, communications or another people-focused role is a plus, but not required. Requirements

Candidates should possess strong communication skills in both English and French and be comfortable engaging with new people. While previous recruitment experience is considered an asset, it is not required as the company is willing to train the right individual.
