WCLC is currently looking to add a Computer Operator to our Video Lottery Division in Saskatoon. This division manages the Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) operation in the province of Saskatchewan and is looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills to join our team! The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada. This position requires the successful candidate to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights. In joining our team as a Computer Operator, you will… * Monitor status of servers for the VLT program * Perform service dispatch system maintenance for the VLT program * Monitor problems to ensure network stability and timely resolution * Maintain and update site operator files * Provide End of Day processing, including; * Production of various reports for the VLT program * Production of revenue and game data reports for VLT program * System integrity testing * Provide coverage to Customer Services Department by: * Processing calls received * Create service work orders as required * Isolating network and terminal problems * Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years computer related experience. * Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. * Strong understanding of computer security processes. * Must be available to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 schedule. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to deal with large call volumes when necessary. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel. * Ability to work with Photoshop would be an asset. Requirements
