Job summary

Western Sales a busy multi-location dealership is currently looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist for our Rosetown location. The right candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the Finance Department, including cash balancing and deposits, bank reconcilations, general invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Responsibilities Include Daily cash and bank reconciling Accounts Payables for U.S. vendors Journal Entries Month End processes Monthly GST/PST/tire stewardship remittances Other accounting/finance duties as required The Candidate Must Have Experience in Finance or Accounting Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Advanced keyboarding skills Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a team Fluency in English Additional Skills And Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial Experience in the agricultural industry Professional certification in accounting or finance ‍ Competitive benefits package.
