Tech-Savvy: Utilize John Deere computer programs to access manuals, run diagnostics, carry out precise repairs, and install the latest upgrades and modifications to equipment. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic team of skilled professionals, sharing insights and solving complex technical problems together. Continuous Learning: Engage in company-sponsored training programs to expand your expertise and stay ahead of the curve. Safety Mindset: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Requirements Education: Journeyperson Certificate – Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET). Experience: 4+ years in agriculture equipment repair or a related field. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and computer-based diagnostic tools. People-Focused: Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service. Soft Skills: Attention to Detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability. Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking. Valid Driver's License: You'll need this for travel to service calls.
