The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC plasma, angle, and drill lines to produce materials according to part drawings. They must also maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the team to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The CNC Operator will work closely within a team environment to ensure material is produced on time while keeping Safety and Quality at the forefront. Core Competencies Safety & Quality Focused Planning and Organizing Problem Solving Results Driven Accountability and Dependability Attention to Detail Communication Teamwork Time Management Adaptability / Flexibility Job Description Operation of CNC Plasma table, CNC Angle line and CNC Drill line Able to read part drawings and a metric tape measure Working with Overhead cranes Experience is the operation of Band Saws, Ironworkers and Drills is an asset Help with maintaining an organized work area Qualifications CNC experience is an asset Overhead crane experience required Fabrication environment experience a must Able to set and achieve goals. The ability to work and solve problems independently. Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accountability. Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers. Must be reliable, trustworthy and have a positive attitude! Must be authorized to work in Canada. Clean Criminal record. Candidates must have experience in a fabrication environment and the ability to operate overhead cranes. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and authorization to work in Canada are required.
