Requirements

Applicants must have at least one year of food service or management experience, be at least 18 years old, and be able to stand for up to eight hours and repeatedly lift 30–50 pounds. They should be responsible, respectful team players who enjoy a fast-paced environment and can promote White Castle initiatives.
