Whitemud Resources Inc. developed a world class metakaolin manufacturing facility in southern Saskatchewan dedicated to producing a consistent, high quality, cost competitive supplementary cementing material (SCM) providing a long term supply for the cementitious and concrete industries. With our proven raw kaolin clay reserves and patented dry manufacturing process, Whitemud is positioned to be a leading supplier of high performing, environmentally responsible metakaolin throughout North America. Our product, EnviroPozz metakaolin, is made from the mining and processing of naturally occurring kaolin clay. It is a unique SCM that enhances the strength, versatility and durability of concrete products, including ready mix, precast, shotcrete, and roller compacted concrete, while providing similar benefits in oil and gas well cements, building products such as tiles and grouts, and other cementitious applications, like soil cement stabilization. EnviroPozz can replace up to 20% of the cement used in your mix, while enhancing its performance, reducing its environmental footprint, and reducing total costs through design optimization.
