Junior Bike Mechanic & Fulfillment Associate

At Whizz, we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Bike Mechanic Trainees. This role is designed for candidates who already have practical experience repairing or maintaining bikes, whether through personal projects, freelance work, or informal experience - but may not yet have professional shop experience. You'll work alongside experienced mechanics, receive hands-on training, and learn how to maintain and repair our fleet of e-bikes used by delivery riders across New York City. Successful trainees who complete the probation period will have the opportunity to transition into a full Bike Mechanic role with increased compensation and additional benefits. Why Join Whizz? The associate will assemble and prepare new e-bikes while performing routine maintenance and inspections on the fleet. They will also diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and support senior mechanics in daily workshop operations.

Candidates must have hands-on experience repairing bicycles and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects and availability on both weekdays and weekends.
