RRSP/DPSP program and Health Spending Account (HSA) for year-round full-time employees Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week from December through March for qualifying employees $2/hour bonus for all snow removal work Free snacks and regular company events Opportunities to grow and advance your career Excellent team environment with supportive management Opportunities to work year-round Free on-site parking Available Divisions Maintenance: $20-$30 Responsibilities include: Planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching gardens Lawn mowing using riding and push mowers Lawn trimming and edging Leaf, litter, and debris cleanup General property maintenance Manual labour including digging, sodding, and handling landscape materials such as stone and concrete products Enhancements: $20-$34 Responsibilities include: Garden and landscape installations Planting trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and large-scale commercial plantings Pruning, mulching, soil amendments, grading, and sodding Garden renovations and plant removals Reading and interpreting landscape plans and designs Seasonal property cleanups Design-Build: $20-$45 Responsibilities may include: Construction of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and interlock projects Installation of water features, pools, fire pits, sod, and planting beds Operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and stone saws (as trained or certified) Manual labour involving landscape construction materials Planting, transplanting, weeding, and pruning Snow Removal: $20-$38 Responsibilities may include: Sidewalk and property snow clearing Operating snow removal equipment Shoveling, snow blowing, and clearing entrances, stairs, driveways, and walkways Salting and de-icing surfaces Supporting safe site access during winter weather conditions Successful candidates will: Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Take pride in producing high-quality work Be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Work well independently and as part of a team Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction Lead Hands & Leaders Responsibilities In addition to the above, Lead Hands and Leaders must: Possess a valid Full G Driver's License Have a clean driver's abstract Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Lead by example and support team development If you're ready to build your career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.
