Job details Job title Facilities Production Assistant Overview WildBrain Studios is looking for a Facilities PA to join our team! In this role, you will be the supporting the operation of the entire studio. Working closely with many departments including IT, Production, Post-Production, Marketing and Corporate. We’re looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic team-player who is ready and willing to take on any challenge that a busy animation studio can throw at them! Responsibilities & Qualifications What You’ll Do: Maintain and action incoming requests for a variety of daily facilities tasks from studio upkeep and cleaning, setting up crew workstations to adjusting the ventilation system Supporting front of house with reception coverage and building security Coordinate with studio departments to plan catering and setup for events and parties Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and shipping remote workstation equipment Completing general office administrative tasks like data entry and document management Deliver proactive communications across multiple platforms Transport tapes, supplies, or studio clients and executives between locations in the Greater Vancouver area Carry out duties with a professional and customer-service approach Other duties and projects as assigned What You’ll Bring Legally eligible to work in Canada and a metro Vancouver resident (Note: This role is based in our downtown Vancouver studio) A valid driver’s license Reliable cellphone (cell stipend provided) is an asset Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis required Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an agile environment Working experience of Microsoft Office Suite Open and enthusiastic to assist on the variety of responsibilities Ability to work independently and collaborate as team member A passion for film and animation and keen interest in learning about studio and production processes Why WildBrain Pay: $40,000 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. 6 month contract duration with the possibility of extension We make sure to take care of all our hard-working Wild Brains by offering a comprehensive benefits package and a workplace culture that values our employees’ wellbeing. Requirements

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada, reside in metro Vancouver, and possess a valid driver's license. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
