Job summary
As the newest Project Coordinator in Wildstone's Whitehorse, YT location, you’ll use your experience managing administrative, documentation and logistics tasks on ICI projects to support our Project Managers from project start up through to close out. Everyday you’ll be the person our Project Management team relies on to manage submittals, change orders, and RFIs and distribute shop drawings to ensure the most updated information is available. To thrive in this role, you’ll know how to pivot with changing priorities on site, be organized, and stay on task until the job gets done. A little about Wildstone.
