Learn the Equipment Business: Build your knowledge of equipment service and repair, warranty solutions, preventative maintenance agreements, safety training, and telematics. Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted point of contact for customers while working closely with operations to make sure their equipment needs are addressed. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE: Turn Notifications into Opportunities: Review telematics notifications, service requirements, customer inquiries, and internal reports to identify opportunities for service and repair. Proactively Sell: Make outbound sales calls, follow up with customers, promote service solutions, and identify opportunities to upsell warranty and service offerings. Grow Service Agreements: Sell preventative maintenance agreements and safety training while identifying additional solutions that provide value to customers. Build Customer Relationships: Develop lasting relationships with customers by understanding their equipment needs and connecting them with the right service solutions. Work as One Team: Partner closely with operations, service, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience from initial contact through completion.
