Windsor Regional Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the Province of Ontario, serving a population of 400,000 people in Windsor and Essex County. It is the regional provider of advanced care in areas that include Complex Trauma, Renal Dialysis, Cardiac Care, Stroke and Neurosurgery, Intensive Care, Acute Mental Health, Family Birthing Centre, Neonatal Intensive Care, Paediatric Services, Regional Cancer services and a broad range of medical and surgical services required to support these specialized areas. Through a major initiative involving the two hospitals in Windsor, a realignment of programs and services was achieved on October 1, 2013, when Windsor Regional Hospital became responsible for the governance, management and operations of the Ouellette Campus (previously Hotel-Dieu Grace Hospital along with continuing its responsibility for the Metropolitan Campus. The ultimate vision is to design and construct a new state-of-the-art acute hospital healthcare facility serving the needs of Windsor-Essex for generations to come. Providing Acute Care Services with 650 plus beds and an operating budget of half of a billion dollars, Windsor Regional Hospital is one of the largest community based non-academic hospitals in the Province of Ontario.

They will act as a facilitator to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and workflows while tracking success through defined performance metrics.

Supervise the daily operations of Guest Services, including food production, delivery, and housekeeping, while managing staff assignments. Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction, food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained.

The Lead, Patient Partnership will develop and implement strategies to integrate the patient and family voice into the design and delivery of healthcare services. This includes managing the Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and experience.

The Unit Aide maintains the efficiency and safety of the operating room by cleaning areas and equipment and restocking supplies. They also assist with patient repositioning and transport specimens to the laboratory.

The Radiological Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures using ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. They are responsible for applying current theory and research to deliver care consistent with hospital standards and safety regulations.

The coordinator is responsible for improving patient throughput and length of stay within the Emergency Department while managing P4R indicators. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate admission avoidance and support clinical quality projects.

The Project Manager leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic system improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and efficiency. They collaborate with clinical and corporate leaders to move projects from identification through to sustainable operational practice.

The Coordinator provides consultancy and support to managers to implement attendance management programs and minimize sick time costs. They are responsible for tracking attendance metrics, leading staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and collective agreements.

Collaborate with neonatologists to provide medical care for sick infants in the NICU, Labour and Delivery, and Maternal Newborn Units. Participate in the NICU leadership team to implement quality improvement initiatives, develop policies, and conduct research.

The Occupational Therapist provides client-focused service delivery including consultation, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning. They also participate in departmental and corporate professional activities to support direct services and safety standards.

The Anesthesia Assistant provides safe, patient-focused care by assisting anesthesiologists during the intraoperative and immediate perioperative periods. They are also responsible for participating in professional development and hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives.
