We are looking for someone who can walk into a rebuild and confidently complete almost every stage of the project from framing and drywall through painting, trim, doors, and finishing. Your work may include: * Framing and structural carpentry * Drywall installation, repairs, taping, mudding, and finishing * Interior painting * Installing doors, hardware, casing, baseboards, and trim * Flooring installation and repairs * Ceiling repairs * Cabinet and finish carpentry repairs * Demolition and rebuild work * Water, fire, sewer backup, storm, and mould restoration repairs * Reading scopes of work and completing repairs efficiently * Maintaining clean and organized job sites * Providing excellent customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses *What We're Looking For* * Minimum 3 years of carpentry or residential renovation experience * Strong drywall finishing and painting skills * Experience installing doors, trim, and finishing carpentry * Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision * High attention to detail and quality workmanship * Positive attitude with strong communication skills * Reliable and dependable * Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record * Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing construction work *Assets* Experience in any of the following is considered an asset: * Insurance restoration * Water and fire damage repairs * Flooring installation * Minor plumbing or electrical repairs * IICRC certifications * First Aid, WHMIS, Fall Protection, or other safety certifications What We Offer * Competitive wages based on experience * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing paid training * Year round, full time work * Opportunities for advancement into Lead Carpenter or Project Management * Supportive team environment where quality workmanship is valued Wage *$25.00 to $34.00 per hour*, depending on experience and qualifications. *Why WINMAR?* WINMAR is Canada's leader in property restoration.
