The Registered Nurse applies the nursing process to support patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health within a people-centered approach. They work to their full scope of practice while maintaining competency in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. Candidates must hold current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses. A valid Class 5 driver's license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
