Build and manage Winona’s creator network across paid advertising, organic social, and TikTok Shop, overseeing creator sourcing, onboarding, agreements, content delivery, and affiliate performance. Lead a small Virtual Assistant team, maintain an organized content and rights library, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and track creator and channel results.
