Role Description We’re looking for motivated Insurance & Financial Advisors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in financial services, or add a flexible income stream, while helping families and business owners plan with confidence. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and current position Recommend insurance and financial solutions aligned with client needs Build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay current on products, licensing requirements, and industry standards Represent Wisdom Connect’s values of clarity, structure, and accountability What We’re Looking For Must be eligible to work in Canada Self-motivated with strong communication skills Coachable, people-first mindset Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an asset, but not required Licensed advisors welcome; support provided for those pursuing licensing What’s Provided Support to obtain your license, if not yet certified Mentorship from an experienced advisor and business coach Professional training in financial education and client services A flexible, growth-focused environment Room to grow within a structured, supportive team Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) Compensation Performance-based, commission-only structure Income potential scales with consistency and client impact. No income cap for high performers.
