Description Salaire : 30.65$ en debutant et après 13 mois, 33.10$/hre Prime de soir est de 2.50$/hre Heure de début : Entre 5h à 17h ou 14h à Minuit ( 2h -3h) Jours : Mardi à Samedi ou Lundi à Vendredi Minimum Classe 3 I. Résumé du poste Conduit en toute sécurité un camion lourd pour effectuer les tâches assignées sur des tournées en rotation. Conduit en toute sécurité un véhicule commercial lourd dans divers environnements : résidentiel, commercial et de construction. II. Fonctions essentielles et responsabilités Conduit le véhicule conformément aux règles de sécurité et aux règles critiques de Waste Management, ainsi qu’à toutes les lois locales, provinciales et fédérales. Effectue les inspections avant et après le trajet du véhicule assigné et consigne les vérifications à l’aide du DVIR standard (rapport d’inspection du véhicule par le conducteur). Signale immédiatement toute situation dangereuse ou tout problème lié au service au gestionnaire des opérations ou à la répartition. Participe et assister à tous les programmes de formation, séances d’information et réunions planifiés, comme requis par WM ou demandé par le gestionnaire de tournée. Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire des opérations afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des tournées et d’identifier les meilleures pratiques. Informe le gestionnaire des opérations de tout incident, accident, blessure ou dommage matériel. Informe le gestionnaire des opérations ou la répartition de toute interruption de service, y compris les rues ou ruelles fermées ou impraticables, les conteneurs trop lourds à vider ou tout danger potentiel pour la sécurité. Communique les demandes des clients au gestionnaire des opérations ou à la répartition. III. Qualifications A. Qualifications requises 1 an d’expérience dans la conduite d’un véhicule nécessitant un permis de classe 1 ou de classe 3 ou supérieur Doit être âgé d’au moins 18 ans et Légalement autorisé à travailler dans le pays où se trouve le poste et Permis de classe 3, avec une mention de freinage pneumatique à l’embauche ou Permis de classe 1, avec une mention de freinage pneumatique à l’embauche B. Safely operate a heavy commercial vehicle to perform assigned collection routes in residential, commercial, and construction environments. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any service issues or safety hazards to operations management.

Requires at least one year of experience driving a vehicle that necessitates a Class 1 or Class 3 license. Candidates must hold a valid Class 3 license with a pneumatic braking endorsement and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
