Bonus programs that include annual performance and profit sharing Employee discounts on top brands of plumbing and HVAC/R products Education reimbursement for employees Employee referral program Safety shoe reimbursement What You Will Do Load and unload product in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments Receive incoming shipments and checking for accuracy Put away product to correct areas in the warehouse in a timely manner Pick, pack and ship customer orders, including preparing documentation for shipment Load items and orders into truck while adhering to a sometimes tight to delivery schedule. Strap and/or secure material so that there is no damage or breakage to the material during transport. Ensure good housekeeping and safety procedures are maintained in the warehouse. Responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing products within the warehouse to meet delivery deadlines. Tasks include picking and packing customer orders and ensuring strict adherence to safety and housekeeping procedures.

Requires previous warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is required or must be obtainable, while WHMIS, TDG, and industry product knowledge are considered assets.
