Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of vehicles and the dealership lot Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles to ensure they are presentable and ready for customers Ensure the sales lot and surrounding sales areas are clean, organized, and professional in appearance Safely move, park, and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and maintain an organized inventory Retrieve and stage vehicles for customers, sales appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries as required Monitor vehicles for damage, blemishes, cleanliness, and other concerns, and report issues to management Perform regular lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly parked, secured, and accounted for Change and install licence plates and dealer plates as required Assist with receiving new and used vehicle inventory and ensuring vehicles are placed in the appropriate locations Maintain vehicle fuel levels and assist with fueling vehicles as required Assist with snow removal, clearing vehicles, and maintaining safe access to the sales lot and vehicles during winter months Ensure vehicle keys are handled, stored, and returned according to dealership procedures Assist the sales team with locating, moving, and preparing vehicles as needed Support vehicle merchandising by ensuring vehicles are properly displayed and presentation standards are maintained Safely operate dealership and customer vehicles while on dealership property and when required off-site Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner Follow all dealership safety procedures and immediately report any hazards, vehicle damage, or incidents Provide general support to the sales department and other dealership departments as required Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year Ability to safely lift, lower, carry, and move light to moderately heavy items (up to 50lbs) Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and trucks Requirements Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence Current and clean driver’s abstract Ability to work a flexible schedule as required, including evenings and Saturdays Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Some Of The Rewards Of Joining Our Team Exceptional benefits package Pension Plan with employer contributions – free money! Requirements
Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
