Wood is recruiting for a Contracts Lead to join its Legal, Contracts, Ethics and Compliance function. Manage and prioritize the contract review workload to ensure alignment with business requirements. Oversee the application of Group Legal and Commercial standards while providing strategic leadership and process implementation.

Requires a JD or international equivalent and a valid US law license. Candidates need 4-8+ years of client-facing contracting experience in energy, infrastructure, or mining sectors.
