Job details

READY TO JOIN TEAM WOOLA? 🏆 We’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, close deals and create opportunities. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Some people maintain relationships. Others create them. We’re looking for the second kind. Woola is looking for an outgoing, driven and self-motivated New Business Development professional to help us build new relationships and win new business across Metro Vancouver. 💰 $65K–$75K Base + $130K–$150K OTE This isn’t a role where you sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring. We want someone who wants to get out there. Meet property managers. Walk into buildings. Attend industry events. Pick up the phone. Make the introduction. Ask for the meeting. Build the relationship. Close the deal. Follow up when others don’t. Your job is to create relationships where one didn’t exist before — and turn those relationships into new customers. You’ll identify new opportunities, build your own network, connect with decision-makers, understand their needs and introduce them to what Woola can do across Mechanical, Electrical, Power and Construction. You’ll own the process from first conversation to closed deal, working alongside Woola’s estimating, operations and leadership teams to turn qualified opportunities into new business. Once the relationship is established, our operations and service teams are there to take care of it. Then you go find the next one. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who is: 🏆 Self-motivated 🤝 Outgoing and confident 📞 Comfortable making the first call 🔥 Persistent and competitive 🔎 Naturally curious 💰 Driven to close 📈 Results-oriented 🗣️ A strong communicator 🚀 Independent and ready to build something Experience in business development, commercial property, construction or the trades is an asset — but personality, initiative and the ability to create AND close opportunities matter just as much. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU 💰 Competitive Compensation $65K–$75K base salary + $130K–$150K on-target earnings. 🩺 Comprehensive Benefits Health, dental and vision coverage. 🌴 Paid Time Off Paid vacation and sick days. 🚀 Independence & Ownership Build your own network, manage your pipeline and own your results — with a strong team behind you. 📈 Room to Grow Join a fast-growing multi-trade company where the opportunities you create can have a real impact. 🏆 Woola Culture Team events, social outings, company workouts and a culture built around working hard, performing at a high level and enjoying the people you work with. WHO WE ARE Woola is a growing multi-trade company providing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction and Generator Services throughout the Lower Mainland. We’re building Woola around great people, strong relationships, clear communication and a whole lot of hustle. And now, we’re looking for someone who can help us introduce Woola to more people, more properties and more opportunities — and turn those opportunities into business. If you’re the kind of person who walks into a room and thinks, “Who should I know here?” and then figures out how to get the deal done — we want to meet you. Come build something with us. 👉 Check out the full job posting and apply today. READY TO JOIN TEAM WOOLA? OUT WORK | OUT PERFORM | OUT PLAY
