The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair or replace defective components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures Collaborate with production team as needed General building maintenance and repairs as needed Qualifications Certification as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic (preferred) Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to read technical drawings and manuals Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions Licensed electrician an asset Valid driver’s license (if required) Skills & Competencies Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong welding and fabrication ability Work Schedule Hours may vary based on operational needs Day shift Education Not Applicable How to Apply You must be logged in to access this information.
