You’ll be: Working safely and following all safety practices and policies Assisting in identifying training needs and proposing ideas to improve quality metrics. Operating manufacturing equipment and using hand tools as required. Identifying problems and communicating issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors Supporting a respectful workplace and participating in Employee Engagement activities Education Secondary School Diploma Experience Required Must have previous experience in woodworking or construction. Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools like drills and saws. Have a minimum of 1 year of Manufacturing experience or equivalent. Have a high school diploma or GED. Possess organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete work on schedule. Have the ability to understand and adhere to all process controls as documented. Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
