Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog for a core product area Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and customer teams Translate business needs into clear product requirements using Jira, Confluence, and Agile best practices Think strategically and act tactically — balancing immediate needs with long-term vision Identify hidden user needs and pain points using data and customer feedback Monitor product success metrics and iterate for continuous improvement Champion the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS B2B environments Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a product area Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and backlog management Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Natural problem-solver with a strong critical thinking and detective mindset Proven experience in growth-stage companies High attention to detail and a track record of turning insights into actionable strategies Strong learning agility and adaptability in dynamic environments Bonus: Experience in workforce management, HRIS, or scheduling software

Requirements
Candidates must have over 5 years of SaaS B2B product management experience and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks. Experience in growth-stage companies and knowledge of workforce management or HRIS software is highly valued.
