Project Manager (Spanish/English speaking)

As we scale, we’re looking for a detail oriented and hands-on Intermediate & Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact software implementation and optimization projects across various industries. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional software projects—from planning and scoping to execution and go-live. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Clients to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps and timelines. Establish project plans, resource estimates, budgets, and timelines using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Lead project meetings, providing clear communication, alignment, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Promote accountability and clear deliverables ownership across project teams. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, documentation, and tooling. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects (B2B or enterprise preferred). Proven track record of delivering complex projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients. Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen—you understand the ‘why’ behind every project. Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Asana, or similar. While being fluent in English is a requirement, being fluent in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans. Lead project meetings and promote accountability across project teams.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects, with a proven track record in Agile environments. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, along with experience using project management tools.
