Job summary
Overview Seeking a detail-oriented and driven Electrical Engineer (EIT) to support the design and development of electrical systems for electrical applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong drafting and design skills. Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop electrical drawings for electrical systems including power distribution, local control panels, and single-line diagrams, VFDs and motor controls. -Produce and revise electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layout drawings using CAD software. -Ensure all designs meet standards, customer technical specifications, safety regulations. -Collaborate with project managers, customer technical representatives, and third-party equipment suppliers to support system integration. -Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle -Identify and resolve technical issues during design and implementation phases $42 to 45 per hour range plus benefits program. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering -EIT certification or eligibility -Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities -Fluent in verbal and written English -Legally entitled to work permanently for any employer in Canada
