Job summary

Overview We are looking for a maintenance supervisor for our team. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical, power engineering technicians across shifts and ensure compliance with preventative maintenance system. The hired person will be a 4th class power engineer and have a well rounded maintenance technician background with ability to perform blended activities with both hands on maintenance and team leadership. Duties -Troubleshooting PLCs, electrical, mechanical systems -Assigning tasks to maintenance team as required -Communicating and managing activities performed by any outside contractors -Ensuring appropriate adherence to regulatory rules (safety/environment) -Working with management to ensure co-ordination between departments, proper inventory/supply of required parts -Documenting activities in CMMS program -Overseeing facility maintenance requirements as required Full-time positioning with excellent training, benefits, employee perks. $35 to 40 per hour depending on experience. Requirements 4th Class Power Engineer Valid driver's license Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial machinery maintenance/repair environment Leadership, communication, and organization skills including ability to schedule, budget, work with vendors, run PM program Fluent in verbal and written English Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada permanently
