The Director of Internal Audit is responsible for planning and directing the internal audit department to test the effectiveness of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies. They provide independent assurance and consulting services while reporting directly to the Board of Directors and the CEO.

The Executive Assistant provides specialized legal and administrative support to the General Counsel and Executive Team, including budget monitoring and contract drafting. They also manage investigation referrals, handle access to information requests, and provide high-level support to the CEO and Board of Directors as needed.
