Position: Health & Safety Instructor Employment: Part-time Weekends (8 - 16 Hours/Week) Location: London, ON Salary: $31.00 - 36.00 per hour Are you interested in a job that has both independence and a friendly, supportive team to work with - and where you can make a real, life-changing difference in people's lives? Worksite Safety is looking to grow our current team of instructors, specifically for the delivery of our CPO-approved Working at Heights program. This part-time hourly-based position will deliver Working at Heights instruction at our London, Ontario location and working hours will be 8am-4pm weekends, and occasional weekdays if availability permits. As a Health & Safety Instructor your key responsibilities are: Delivering engaging and informative Working at Heights training to job seekers, the general public and new and current members of the construction industry Evaluating participants through practical skills and written evaluation Potentially delivering other courses in the future such as Forklift Training, Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Training, Confined Space Entry and Rescue and more. Organizing, filing and submitting digital and hard copy participant records following training Participating in team meetings and instructor development workshops The right candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: 3+ years experience delivering training (Working at Heights preferred, MEWP considered an asset) Background in construction management and/or other fall hazard-related industry Work experience or certification in occupational health & safety preferred Strong interest educating people on the importance and value of health & safety training Self-starter who is able to work independently, while also contributing to a team Strong presentation and adult-engagement skills Valid Ontario’s Driver Licence - occasional travel by car for work Able to legally work in Canada Why A Career At Worksite Is For You: We are looking for a great person to join a great team and offer a work environment that can see you develop your career with an established industry leader who is committed to the safety of workers and workplaces across Canada. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of training experience, preferably in Working at Heights or related fall hazard industries. A background in construction management and a valid Ontario driver's license are required.
