Use handheld technology to manage jobs and documentation, coordinate follow-on work with colleagues and supervisors, and provide residents with excellent customer service.

Lead the safe, compliant, and profitable delivery of multiple planned maintenance projects across Bedfordshire, managing operational and commercial teams and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Build strong client and resident relationships, drive performance against KPIs and contractual obligations, support contract mobilisation and service improvement, and champion customer satisfaction.
