WQS Non‑Destructive Testing Inc. (WQS NDT) is seeking motivated Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) Trainees to join our team for an upcoming project. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to begin a career in NDT and gain hands‑on field experience under the guidance of certified senior inspectors and technicians. Key Responsibilities Assist senior NDT personnel in performing inspections using approved methods (e.g., UT, MT, PT, RT). Prepare inspection areas, equipment, and materials prior to testing. Accurately record inspection data and assist with report preparation. Maintain and care for NDT equipment and tools. Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and quality standards Participate in on‑the‑job training and certification development. Qualifications Recent graduate of a recognized NDT, Materials Engineering, Welding Inspection, or related technical program. Basic understanding of NDT principles and inspection techniques. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites. Ability to pass pre‑employment and site‑specific safety requirements. Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior inspectors and technicians. Basic mechanical and technical aptitude. Good written and verbal communication skills. Physically capable of working in industrial environments, including standing, lifting, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions. Safety‑focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
