Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress and general conformance with design drawings, specifications, and applicable codes, documenting observations and tracking identified non-conforming work. Review contractor progress payment applications and provide recommendations to the project team. Support substantial performance and final inspections, deficiency reviews, and project closeout activities. Witness equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning activities to help confirm installed mechanical systems meet project requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to work collaboratively with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve construction issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills, with careful attention to project records, reporting, deficiencies, and follow-up requirements.
