Coordinating project teams and defined workstreams to enable effective collaboration across technical disciplines. Contributing to project financial performance through budgeting support, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoicing activities. Building strong client relationships by serving as a day-to-day point of contact and providing clear communication and progress updates. Promoting a culture of health, safety, and quality aligned with WSP’s Business Management System and project delivery standards. Collaborating with experienced project leaders to strengthen project execution and delivery outcomes. Supporting the successful delivery of projects that create value for clients, communities, and the environment. The Skills That Set You Apart You bring: 3–5 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects within consulting, engineering, environmental, or mining-related environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. A working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management. Experience supporting project financials, schedules, and technical deliverables within a professional services environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to project management systems is an asset. Experience in mining, environmental, or regulatory projects is considered an advantage. Experience using Oracle for financial tracking is an asset. Requirements
