Job summary

Xcite Tech is a Canadian medical aesthetics company providing advanced devices and high-performance skincare solutions to medical aesthetics-focused businesses across the country. The Business Development Lead is a field-based sales, training, and support role focused on growing adoption of the Xcite Tech device portfolio and strengthening relationships with clinics. This position combines territory development, consultative sales, and hands-on device training. The Business Development Lead will act as a key resource for the device portfolio, contribute to the development of training programs and sales tools, and provide support to the Business Development team. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clinic partners Manage and develop the assigned territory to support device adoption and revenue growth Lead consultative sales meetings, product demonstrations, and hands-on device training Support clinics in successfully integrating devices into their treatment offerings and business models Act as a key internal and external resource for the device portfolio Contribute to the development of training programs, educational materials, and sales tools Provide support to the Business Development team Collaborate with the Director of Sales and internal teams to support portfolio strategy and overall business performance Maintain consistent account communication, strategic follow-up, and in-person presence throughout the territory Qualifications and Experience 7–10 years of combined experience in medical aesthetics, clinical education and hands-on training, and business development Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and team-support skills Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and nationally when required
