This role involves leading cross-functional special projects sponsored by leadership, defining scope, timelines, and ownership, and driving end-to-end execution from conception to long-term adoption. Additionally, the manager will design structured adoption of culture initiatives and direct the rollout and governance of approved Artificial Intelligence tools across the organization.
