Overview Languages English Education College/CEGEP or equivalent experience Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction and other projects Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Prepare and submit reports Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery Maintain work records and logs Monitor personnel workloads and locations Organize warehouse and work areas Perform general office duties Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations Keep track of shipments Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment Organize and maintain inventory Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Financial benefits Life insurance
