Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development • Recruit, orient, coach, mentor and develop nursing staff. • Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. • Support performance management and staff engagement initiatives. Clinical Excellence & Resident Care • Provide leadership and oversight for resident-centered nursing care. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. • Respond promptly to resident and family concerns. Quality Improvement & Risk Management • Lead quality improvement initiatives and performance monitoring activities. • Support RAI-MDS, CQI, IPAC, Restorative Care, and Occupational Health & Safety programs. What you Bring • Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience. • Minimum 4 years nursing experience and 3 years leadership experience. • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. • Chinese or Japanese language skills are considered an asset.
