Prepares, portions and serves of quality food for residents in accordance with Ministry, Public Health and other regulations. Qualifications: Completion of Chef Training diploma or diploma/certificate/apprenticeship in Culinary Management, Cook, Food and Nutrition or equivalent Current Food Handler Safety Certificate Minimum 3 years proven institutional cooking experience Familiarity with Asian cuisine and use of industrial size wok an asset. Practical and theoretical knowledge of quantity food production, and knowledge of sanitation and safety standards for food services area Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Screen Ability to communicate in English. Requirements
Requires a Chef Training diploma or equivalent certification and a minimum of 3 years of institutional cooking experience. Must hold a current Food Handler Safety Certificate and be able to communicate in English.
