Maintain safe and inclusive program operations, manage equipment and budgets, ensure applicable standards are met, and build relationships with families, partners, and diverse communities.

Lead year-round planning and summer operations at YMCA Camp Elphinstone, including supervising assistant managers and recruiting, training, and leading a large staff and volunteer team. Develop high-quality camper-focused programs, ensure safety and compliance, manage risks and crises, meet operating plans and budgets, and build relationships that support camp growth.
