The RECE is responsible for implementing educational programs and ensuring the daily care and safety of children in a childcare setting. This includes organizing activities, maintaining professional relationships with parents, and ensuring the facility meets health and safety standards.

The coach will support newcomer youth in Niagara by helping them identify first-job opportunities and develop job search and maintenance skills. Responsibilities include conducting high school presentations, managing client files in iCARE, and facilitating access to community resources.
