The CYF Dance Instructor facilitates high-energy dance classes for children and teens while ensuring their safety and social-emotional development. They are responsible for planning programs, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the YMCA's core values during all interactions.

The Employment Navigator provides frontline support, needs assessments, and referrals to Francophone job seekers to help them overcome employment barriers. The role also involves designing workshops, maintaining relationships with community partners, and performing administrative reception duties.

The Case Manager provides housing eligibility information, conducts applicant interviews, and develops individual goal plans for clients. They also provide ongoing counselling, crisis intervention, and facilitate life and social skills workshops.

The Employer Liaison is responsible for facilitating employment programs, conducting outreach, and connecting new immigrant participants with skilled trades employers. They also manage participant recruitment, workshop delivery, and ensure program operations align with contractual obligations.

The Associate Vice President of Philanthropy provides strategic leadership for fundraising and donor-engagement activities to ensure sustainable growth. They are responsible for managing major donor relationships, overseeing diversified revenue streams, and leading the philanthropy team to meet organizational goals.

The Technical Instructor will plan and deliver technical curriculum for skilled trades training, including hands-on demonstrations and shop sessions. They will also provide individualized action plans for students and maintain relationships with program partners and employers.

The Aquatics Instructor leads swim lessons and maintains constant surveillance of the aquatic facility to ensure member safety. They are responsible for enforcing pool rules, responding to emergencies, and performing administrative duties such as lesson planning.
