Instructors will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering a variety of quality, safe, and fun exercise classes for members. They must also play an important role in providing encouragement, motivation, and support to help members achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals.

The coach will deliver an evidence-based diabetes prevention initiative by providing personalized exercise plans and one-on-one coaching to clients at risk of type 2 diabetes. Key duties include guiding clients through structured aerobic training and facilitating discussions on diet and exercise using motivational interviewing techniques.
