Position Name – Full Stack Lead Type of hiring – Fulltime Location – Remote Canada Job Description: Exp Level – 10+ Years Must have Components – React JS, Nodejs, Express, HTML, CSS, GIT We are seeking a highly accomplished Web Technology Leader with 10+ Years of experience in designing and delivering modern, scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on development, system design, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend layers. Drive end-to-end development using React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, ensuring best practices in engineering excellence. Build and oversee the development of rich, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, Redux, HTML, and CSS. Define technical strategies, architecture patterns, and roadmap for web platforms. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Ensure application performance optimization, security, scalability, and accessibility compliance. Own estimation, planning, and delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Establish and maintain best practices in documentation, testing, and deployment processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ Years of experience in web application development, with significant exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks. Deep expertise in React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Next.js. Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and scalable application architecture. Proven experience in designing reliable, scalable, and maintainable software systems. Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on usage of tools like Jira. Excellent coding practices with a focus on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong leadership experience in managing teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal English).
