Job summary
Job Title: SharePoint Solution Architect (Microsoft 365 | Power Platform | SPFx) – Remote Experience: 13+ years Job Description We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and modernization of a mission-critical Microsoft 365 platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx), with a strong background in enterprise architecture, governance, security, and application lifecycle management. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant Microsoft 365 solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver modern enterprise applications. Experience with large-scale SharePoint Online implementations, governance frameworks, CI/CD, and migration from legacy platforms such as Nintex is highly desirable. Required Qualifications Extensive experience as a SharePoint/Microsoft 365 Solution Architect. Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, document management, metadata, content types, versioning, retention, and search. Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, and Node.js build tools. Experience designing Microsoft 365 security models, including RBAC, row-level, and field-level security. Experience with Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, source control, and deployment strategies. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and environment management. Experience translating business requirements into enterprise architecture solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating legacy Nintex workflows. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing (E3, F1/F3). Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365. Experience with enterprise modernization projects. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solution architecture. Architect SharePoint Online data structures, document libraries, metadata, and retention policies. Design Power Apps and SPFx front-end solutions. Define enterprise security, authentication, and authorization models. Establish Dev/Test/UAT/Production deployment strategy. Implement ALM, CI/CD, and governance best practices. Guide development teams on SPFx architecture and modern development standards. Produce architecture documents, technical designs, and risk assessments. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.
