Job summary

Title: UX/UI Designer – Microsoft 365 | Power Apps | SPFx | Remote Experience: 4+ years Job Description We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience and interface design for a Microsoft 365-based modernization initiative supporting a mission-critical enterprise application. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise or line-of-business (LOB) applications, creating scalable design systems, and delivering intuitive, user-centered experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. This role will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to establish reusable design standards, information architecture, responsive UI patterns, and interactive prototypes. Experience with Power Apps, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Fluent UI is highly preferred. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for enterprise or LOB applications. Strong expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and navigation. Experience building reusable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens. Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design documentation. Experience designing responsive applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile. Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and UI best practices. Experience conducting design reviews and obtaining stakeholder approval. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, implementable UI patterns. Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Canvas Components). Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and SharePoint Online. Familiarity with Microsoft Fluent UI design language. Experience designing Microsoft 365 solutions. Knowledge of responsive design standards and cross-device testing. Responsibilities Lead UX/UI design for Microsoft 365 modernization projects. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Build and maintain a reusable enterprise design system. Define navigation, information architecture, responsive layouts, and UI standards. Design reusable UI components, forms, tables, dialogs, and navigation patterns. Establish interaction patterns, validation, loading states, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure consistency across Power Apps and SPFx user experiences. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure feasible, user-friendly solutions. Support stakeholder reviews and obtain business sign-off for design deliverables.
